    On 2-6 July, the USSA Gymnastics Games were held in Phillipi at the High Performance Centre which was well attended by gymnasts from Maties, Pukke, Tuks, Wits and the hosts, UCT.  The games consisted of 5 Disciplines, including a team event.     Check this awesome vid of Demetri Catrakilis showing off his wide array of kicking skills. Demetri was an integral part of the Ikey Tigers in the victorious 2011 Varsity Cup team. He went on to play for Western Province, the Southern Kings and now Stormers. Great to see the guys developing into the amazing talents they are. Enjoy!
