Friday TAG Rugby heating up

The Friday Tag league is heating up and there appear to be 4 teams all battling it out at the top of the table.

The front-runner and undefeated team this year is YOU (yes, that’s actually the team’s name) and their major competition is that of 2nd and 3rd place teams, Cobras and iKhaya 1. The Cobras have been in awesome form but narrowly lost one game. They still have to play YOU and this game has been scheduled for 9 May – the final game, on the final day of TAG.

However, don’t write off new-comers B.Bus.Sci. These guys are bursting with talent and have been the only team to beat the Cobras this year. They always bring a crowd down and are definitely a team for the future and one to watch.

We only have 2 Fridays of TAG remaining. However, due to vac, Easter and other public holidays getting in the way, we have had to reshuffle the games a bit to fit everything in. Our next game week will be Friday, 25 April and then the last one being on 9 May. Be sure to come down and cheer the girls and guys on.
