Ikey Tigers Varsity Cup Campaign has kicked off!

The Boys are not only going to be looking good on the beach this summer, but efforts to make us proud on the Green Mile have already kicked off.The Ikey Tigers have started their conditioning training at the new performance centre based at Wynberg Boys High. In preparation for next year’s Varsity Cup the boys will be squatting, lifting, pushing, flipping and bridging to make sure they are the strongest and hardest men in the competition.
