Ikeys are in the Final – WOOOOHOOOOOOO!

You can be a part of the action and excitement! GET DOWN TO THE UCT RUGBY CLUB on Monday night!! There will be a MEGA SCREEN, deals on beers and Boerie rolls again, a big screen and seating for all of you so get down there and get involved. There will also be free give-aways for Ikeys Advantage members so make sure you are there to get in on it!

There were a few scary moments in the campaign where we were teetering on the edge of exiting the tournament, but with some gutsy performances and some smiling of the rugby gods, the Ikey Tigers are all set to challenge in Pretoria (unfortunately) to solidify a solid season of Varsity Cup.

There was a massive outcry from all Ikeys supporters (and we thank all those that got on board) about the controversial decision of who will host the final but to put it bluntly, UCT needs to come to the party here. We are doing everything we can to support the UCT Rugby Club but at the end of the day it is the university and you, the students, that need to make that decision.

It will be a while until the club has the opportunity to heave like this again…so make sure you are part of something special. Make sure you can say “I was there!”
